Broono - The AI assistant

Using Broono, the AI assistant, to edit your content

This article will guide you through the process of using Broono, our AI assistant, to make changes to your content. Once your content is ready, you might want to update specific sections or paragraphs. That's where Broono, our AI assistant, comes in to help you make those changes quickly and easily.

Broono has been designed to avoid the typical back and forth processes that are usually performed between a platform like Blym and a classic chat system such as ChatGPT. It will make your edit process easier and faster.

Getting started with Broono

Step 1: To use Broono, simply select the text you want to edit. When you highlight any content, a toolbar will appear with editing options.

Step 2: Click on "Ask Broono" to open the AI assistant. This will display a helpful action bar where you can type your instructions.

Step 3: This will open the Broono actions toolbar

Give Broono instructions

Broono provides several pre-set commands to save you time:

  • Make longer - expands your content with additional details
  • Make shorter - condenses your text while keeping the main points
  • Check grammar - reviews and corrects grammar issues
  • Custom prompts - create and save your own editing instructions. These custom prompts will be shared with your team

For more specific edits, you can write your own instructions. The more context you provide, the better Broono can help you.

Example: "Make this paragraph more friendly. Do not change the length."

Once you've written your instruction, click the arrow or press Enter to let Broono work.

Use Broono result

After Broono processes your request, you'll see several options:

  • Replace selection - swaps your original text with Broono's version
  • Insert below - adds the new content under your existing paragraph
  • Refine answer - lets you add additional instructions (a new prompt) to improve the first Broono result
  • Regenerate - asks Broono to create a completely new version with the same prompt
  • Close - exits the tool without making changes
